Messages

Users will be able to check their messages in this option. The user will also be able to set up their voicemail settings through the settings tab.

Fax


Users will be able to receive and send faxes via the "Fax" widget. You must have a proper phone number routed to user to be able to receive faxes. 

You are able send fax even without a caller ID.


Contacts

Users will be able to check, add, edit, delete contacts. The user can also search through the search bar for specific user contacts.

Edit Icon when pressed shows edit menu where user can edit a certain contact details.

Checking and Sorting Contacts through filter whether it is by Department, Sites, Etc.. and also by Availability of the user you can sort it out.


Answering Rules

Users will be able check their phones answering rules. This is where you can add/block a number, and one of the most used feature is Call forward is also here, Simultaneous ring for a certain groups of numbers/extension is also in this section.

Time Frames

User can create a time frame in which a call can be received on a certain day, date or time. You can create a specific time frame for work hours, holidays, etc. In which you can apply to Call Forwarding.

Users can upload an audio file, In which will be used for music to client/callers who are waiting in park/hold call.

Reporting

Users will be able to edit contacts of current caller, check call history, and listen to a call recording.

Active Answering Rule Widget

Users will be shown a quick view of their active answering rule of his/her phone 


Active Phone Widget

Users will be able to see their extension number, phone model, ip address of the device and also you can configure your speed dial through button builder.


Recent Call History

Users will be notified whether you missed or received calls that occured, and also the caller id of the caller. You may also be able to call the users/caller that are on the recent call history, as shown below just click the number.


User Profile

Users will be able to configure its profile in this menu and also you can log out of the portal if you are done with your work.
