1. Connect to the Network
To access the gateway’s settings, you will need to use a computer (or mobile device with a web browser) connected to the same network.
AT&T gateway has a label with network information on it
Note: Gateway labels may vary based on the models
2. Open a browser and go to 192.168.1.254 (Advanced Device Configuration Address)
3. Select Firewall
4. Select Firewall Advanced
5. Enter Device Access Code (Located on Gateway label)
6. Turn Off SIP ALG and Save the changes
