The Web call back feature is a great feature to use when you don't have enough 4G/5G data signal. 

This is useful if you don't want your clients know give out your personal line because you don't have a good data reception. 

Remember that there's 2 different data available with your mobile phones. Internet data and voice data. 


Here's how it works:


When using the web call back feature, the ReachUC application will set up a call leg from the PBX system to your Mobile Phone, it then pushes your call to the dialed number and sends out your business phone number.

To set up the web call back feature. see below:


1. Go to the Settings: Press the gear/setting icon on the upper right of the application pointed by the arrow.



2. Under Settings: Select Account Setup as shown on the figure. Pointed by the arrow, to configure Web Callback Feature.



3. Under Account Setup: Select Web Callback Feature and enter number under Callback Number to receive the Web Callbacks on.


Afterwards you've entered the number, Press Done to apply the settings.



4. When Activated, Dial the number and press and hold the call button. This is will pop up options for you to choose. Select "Callback" to use the Web Callback feature as shown in the figure below.
