ReachUC Desktop Application GUI (Native SIP)
1. Username: Enter the login name ext@ customerdomain, where customerdomain . com typically is the same as your email address domain.
2.Password: Enter your password. For security, each typed password character is masked by a dot ( ● ).
3.Sign in: Click to Log-in your account.
1. Number Entry: Enter the desired number to call.
2. Erase Last: Click this button to delete the last Mistyped Number.
3. View Contacts: Click this button to show your contacts.
4. View Recent Activity: Click this button to show your recent Call/SMS activity.
5. Open PBX Screen: Click this button to show your PBX portal screen on the application. By this action it will minimize the process of doing things instead of going to your browser you can have access to the PBX portal right on the application itself.
6. Send SMS: Click this button to show the SMS pane. This will show a message pane where you can input an SMS message to a mobile user. (Need to activate SMS functionality)
7. Call Button: Click this button to call a number.
8. DND/ Do Not Disturb toggle: Click this button to activate DND/ Do Not Disturb. Enable this when you don't want to be bothered by incoming calls/messages.
9. Settings button: Click this button to access the ReachUC settings.
10. Avatar: Click this to access your Avatar profile.
1. Contact Details: Contains the details of the contact and status. You can send this contact a message or you can make a call.
2. Send Contact an SMS: Click this button to show the SMS pane. This will show a message pane where you can input an SMS message to this contact. (Need to activate SMS functionality)
3. Call Contact Button: Click this button to call this contact.
4. Contacts Search Bar: Click this and search a specific contact by having to input the name of the contact you are searching.
5. Add Contact: Click this to add a Contact. Enter details of the contact then save.
6. View Quick Dial Contacts: Click this to show the Quick Dial Contacts. Having a certain contacts thru these feature add a specific contact to Quick Dial Contact for quick access.
7. View PBX Contacts: Click this to show the PBX Contacts. You can search users/ contacts thru this feature.
8. Contacts Area: This area shows the Contacts Area for Quick Dial/ PBX users.
Contact Name: Click this to enter the name of the Contact you want to add/save.
Extension/Number: Click this to enter the Extension/Number of the Contact you want to add/save.
BLF Toggle: Click this to enable the BLF or busy lamp fields show the status of other users phone (busy, ringing, available) connected to your phone system.
On Call Indicator: This is an indicator if the user/extension is in a call.
Status Indicator: This is an indicator whether the person is busy "Red light" or available "Green light".
Initiate Audio Call: Click this to Initiate Audio Call to this contact.
History View Menu: Click this to show History View Menu.
Delete History Menu: Click this to show Delete History Menu.
Sidebar Toggle: Click this to show the entire space with contacts pane click again to show buttons and other PBX menu.
Recent Activity List: Click this to show Recent Activity List.
Remove Item from Activity List: Click this to remove Item from Activity List.
Message Text Box: Click this to show enter a message text to the contact.
Add Attachment: Click this to add an attachment to the contact whether it is a video, picture, zip file but this has a limit of 20mb.
Emoticons: Click this to show Emoticons Menu then choose from different emoticons to send to a contact.
Voice Message: Click this to make a voice message.
Send Message: Click this to send a message.
List of Recent Conversations: Click this to show List of Recent Conversation to contacts.
History View Menu Options: Clicking History View Menu will show this History View Menu Options.
Delete History Menu Options: Clicking Delete History Menu will show this Delete History Menu Options.
